A collaboration between Henry of Pelham winery and Paris Beer Co. 2021 Niagara grown Cabernet Franc grapes, freshly pressed and blended with our mildly hopped golden Helles lager wort, fermented in the cellars of Wincey Mills on skin for 2 months with Malbec yeast then aged on French oak for 8 months from Henry of Pelham, conditioned to perfection.
